Is Mediation right for you?

Mediation is not legal counsel. Mediation is a process to reach a mutual decision with the help of an unbiased third party.

If your intention is to β€œwin” by beating an opponent, this might not be the right path for you. Successful mediation ends with both parties agreeing on what needs to happen from this point forward. From disputes between neighbors or coworkers, to custody arrangements, to what care your aging parent needs, mediation is a step that allows the parties involved to maintain the power to decide for themselves what is best for everyone involved.

Mediation is a great option to resolve your conflict without the time and cost of the court system. We will provide you with documentation of your agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) which can then be made legally binding, should you choose to do so.
